Gutter, Fascia & Soffit Installations

Whether you've had a new roof fitted, repaired or maintained, you may also want the edge of your roof line to correspond with the rest of your roof. Fascias, soffits and guttering's should always be well maintained and you should be able to look up and be proud that they are there.

UPVC fascia boards are fastly becoming the material of choice due to their extended life span, improved appearance and affordability. A failing fascia will usually have an impact on the gutter that is attached to it and causes it to drop out of line which can reduce its performance as a rain-water product. The guttering can sometimes be reused when a new fascia is fitted, the fascia will provide a solid fixing point for the gutter that allows us to create a continual fall into the down-pipe. KB Guttering supply and install a wide range of rain-water goods to meet your needs. Our gutters, fascias and soffits are available in an array of different colours and we also provide free quotations.

Fascia Installations

The fascia is mounted at the point where the roof meets the outer walls of the house. The fascia board is the long, straight board that runs along the lower edge of the roof. The fascia is fixed directly to the roof trusses and usually does all the work of supporting the bottom row of tiles and carrying all the guttering.

Soffit Installations

Soffits are an integral part of the roof line system enclosing and protecting the underside of the roof edge, while providing ventilation to the inner roof area to minimise the risk of trapped moist air. They provide a highly effective and visually appealing long-term solution to regular maintenance.
